Manhattan, NY +Transit Power Outage+ A major power outage possibly at Penn Station 31st Street and 7th Avenue with no services on Amtrak between Washington DC and NYC, NJ Transit's Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coastline are also suspended.
Thousands have been stranded on the rails, NJ Transit PD has been requested to all stations for crowd control.

Three NJ Transit trains and one Amtrak train are stuck in the Hudson River Tunnel 800-to 900 passengers on them, and one Amtrak train is stuck in the B&P Tunnel in Baltimore, Maryland.

NJ Transit said it planned to resume normal service on the Northeast Corridor
and North Jersey Coast lines after 21:00 Spokesman Dan Stessel said four
trains per hour will operate on those lines between 16:00. and 21:00.
