NYPD Internal Affairs Chief Gets Nasty Gift
New York, NY - The NYPD's chief corruption fighter received a nasty gift that triggered a sweeping anti-terrorism and biochemical response inside his police headquarters office.
Sources say the package was brought to Internal Affairs Chief Charles Campisi on by cops from the IAB's field office on Hudson Street, where the post office had originally delivered it.
Campisi opened it - and retreated when a foul odor radiated out of it.
Officials opened it and found two foul-smelling socks that were stuffed with lumps of coal. Cops are tying to determine who sent it.
