Los Angeles, CA +Suspicious Item on Plane that was in the Air+

Los Angeles, CA - Police evacuated an Alaska Airlines flight with 125 on board after a
report that a "suspicious item" was found on board.

Airport police were notified of the suspicious item on board the plane when it was in the air. The plane landed without incident and all
125 passengers were transported to the terminal in buses after the plane stopped in a remote area of the airport.

The Los Angeles Police bomb squad and the FBI are going to search the plane.

Transportation Security Administration spokesman Nico Melendez said all carry-on luggage in the cabin would be check by search dogs, and they and did not release any additional details.
