Brooklyn, NY +Hit-and-Run Caught+ PD got there man they were looking for in a hit-&-run accident in Bath Beach.

Rafael Sogomonian, 35, from Kensington, Brooklyn was busted by the NYPD after he left the scene of an accident where he crashed his vehicle in front of 1925 Bath Avenue into another vehicle injuring that other driver.
Sogomonian was caught by the cops and is being charged with obstructing government administration.
