Carroll, NY - Police Close In On Fugitive 'Bucky' Phillips

Carroll, NY - FBI has cornered someone in the woods in Carroll NY and they assume its 'Bucky' Phillips.
Shots were fired and police told the owner of a golf course near the New York-Pennsylvania state line they are searching for fugitive Ralph "Bucky" Phillips.
Police have reason to believe that the driver that refused to pull over, after police tried to stop him, and then fled on foot into a wooded area, is "Bucky" Phillips. .

Marge Bortz, the owner of Cable Hollow Golf Course in Warren County, Pa., said police told her they know Phillips is in the woods around the golf course and has fired shots. Bortz said she was told no one was hurt. The golf course was closed and there were 10 people locked in the clubhouse, including Bortz's family and three employees.
"There's police all over the place," Bortz said. "They have dogs in the woods."
