Israel +Kidnap Alert in Judea and Samaria+

Israel - The General Security Service issued a kidnap alert after receiving warnings that Palestinian Authority Arabs are planning to abduct Israeli civilians and soldiers in Judea and Samaria.
IDF soldiers have received instructions regarding the alert.
