Manhattan, NY +FDR Drive Traffic Alert+ Early this morning a taxi cab going northbound on the FDR fatally struck a pedestrian, there are big delays for those headed northbound. There's bumper to bumper volume building on up the 120s down pass Gracie Mansion (in the 80s).

a few times already i almost killed one of this stinky homeless running over the FDR Drive, some one has to take action against that, or we will all do the same thing this driver today did!!!!
