I was on the scene. Beige TLC (taxi) car with door open went into reverse (driver was standing outside) and knocked down a pedestrian.

yes, Yakov Fekete (older person). It looked critical at first but it wasn't. He is in good condition. It was the door of the car that knocked him down. Driver of taxi was standing outisde the limo and it somehow went into reverse. The door was open and it hit and knocked down Mr. Fekete.

Hatzolah responds to ALL calls. Whether the caller is Jewish, Catholic or Muslim.
The person that was hurt on 47th Street did not appear to be Jewish.
Hatzolah was first on the scene and that is a big Kiddush Hashem.

I did not see an old man from Williamsburg in the Hatzolah Ambulance.
On a side note, VOSIZNEIAS put out the news even before the first FDNY vehicle arrived on scene!!!

Oh, and yes I was on the scene, I saw the hood of the car open, apparently from the force of the crash.

of course VOSIZNEIAS was the first that is what they do. They tell you all the news as soon as it hits the airways (by CB or Radio). The only time they left something out was when the lady with the 4 years old left on a bus didn't notify hatzhola or shomrim. They couldn't help it.
