Washington, DC - Two-Thirds of Religious Hate Crimes are Against Jews
Washington, DC - More than two-thirds of religious hate crimes compiled by the FBI were against Jews. Only 11.1 percent of the crimes were anti-Muslim, despite recent claims by Muslims of rampant bias against them.
Half of the crimes resulted in assaults against the victims, while the rest usually involved intimidation. Sixty percent of the offenders were white and 20 percent were black.

Shvartzes are less inclined to hurt you as a hate crime, but more inclined to hurt you for general crime, because they are poorer. Regardless we are talking about a tiny fraction of the population. So rather look out for car accidents, it kills more than 100 people a day, and permanently injures many hundreds a day.

Someone in the mood of Hate Crime without too much 'nekomma' / punishment will look to target the Jew, not the muslim. A muslim will never stop fighting back, burn buildings, protest, kill etc. A Jew most likely wil wipe his face and live on...

we jews might be more likely to report hate crimes. in fact, we have organizations that busy themselves with that function. also, several factors such as undocumented immigrant status, family honor, and a mistrust of police cause people not to report.
