HE WAS STRUCK WHEN HE RAN ACROSS THE STREET WHEN A TRAFFIC POLICE WANTED TO GIVE HIM A TICKET FOR AN EXPIRED MEETER AND HE DIDN'T LOOK HOW HE WAS CROSSING

It is a terrible tragedy when somebody gets hurt in an accident, in every case. It is more so in a preventable accident.
The issue is whether to blame the agent. Perhaps if the ticket was absolutely in error or in the rare case of taunting behavior that might cause somebody such grief that they lose control, otherwise it is just a tragedy.

the other day on 13th avenue and 51st st i had the honor off seeing one of ny's meter/traffic slaves getting all excited that he was gona give someone a ticket.
Someone made a R from 13th onto 51st and thought he could get into a spot (questionable that he would make it) and so when he was not allowing traffic to pass (how would that have been possible?) the "cop" saw him and started yelling, "Hey, what's going on here?? That's it, I'm gona give you a ticket!!"
BH the guy drove off and left the
"cop" all upset. Good there was a donut shop nearby that he was able to jump into for a quick bite to sooth is hurt ego.
THAT 'CHAZER' WAS A MAMZER!
