Ramapo, NY - Teenager Charged for Shooting Paint Ball Gun at People in Monsey.
Ramapo, NY - A Chestnut Ridge 16-year-old boy was charged on charges accusing him of shooting at residents with a paint ball gun on Halloween eve. The teenager drove around the Monsey and Chestnut Ridge neighborhoods as part of a group of three other youths riding in two cars.
He is accused of firing a paint ball pellet into a man's chest and shooting at a second man and missing. He has been charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree menacing.
One other teenager from the same group was charged earlier with a felony count accusing him of trying to rob a Monsey man at paint-ball gunpoint.
