NYC Near Top Of Road Rage List
AutoVantage, an automobile membership club offering travel services and roadside assistance, listed Miami, Phoenix, New York, Los Angeles and Boston among the top five cities for rude driving. Drivers speed, tailgate and cut off other drivers so frequently in this city's that they earned the title of the worst in road rage in the nation.

I don't understand. 3rd worst is not the worst. It's the 3rd worst. The big surprisr here that Phoenix is the 2nd worst.
