Swan Lake, NY - Man Hit Co-Worker With Pipe
Swan Lake, NY - A Chester man whacked a co-worker at a local camp in the head with a steel pipe during an argument.
Juan Rubesindo, 44, who lives at Camp La Guardia in Chester, and 44-year-old Antonio Bienvenido argued at the camp where they both work on Swan Lake-Bushville Road in Swan Lake.
Rubesindo grabbed a steel pipe and hit Bienvenido in the head and shoulder, leaving Bienvenido with a gash in his shoulder. Rubesindo was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, a felony.
Bienvenido was treated at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris and released. Rubesindo was arraigned and sent to Sullivan County Jail without bail, pending an appearance in Bethel Town Court.
