Brooklyn, NY +B.Q.E. Traffic Alert+ A fatal accident on the eastbound of the Brooklyn Queens Expressway near 3rd Avenue with an overturned tractor trailer onto two vehicles, two DOA's and one other aided, EMS, and NYPD Highway-2 on the scene, also a large fuel spill on the roadway, PD requesting not to use any flares in the area, highway is shut down.
