    WRONG !

THE MAYOR IS NOT GIVING ANYTHING FOR FREE. NO FREE LUNCH!
HE IS CHARGING $500,000 FOR IT.

THE DEAL IS DEAD ON ARRIVAL, BECAUSE THE SCHOOL HAS NO MONEY TO PAY SUCH A HUGE SUM FOR A VACANT LOT.

Can someone explain what it means

Mayor did this for the peace of the community. Was a fight being planned? If so, between who?

To the guy who claims that they don't have the 500,000 dollars to pay? What do you think only Kestenbaum has money? Others have too!! Don't be such a big shot!!!

Oy.. In teh New Year a continuation of the Chilul HaShem.

It is just so wonderful thathe Mayor feels he needs to bring peace to the community.

Isn't that the job of each of us?

Certainly it is the job of Rebbes and Roshei Yeshiva.

This is not a win for anyone, its such a shame that we have come to this.

(BTW, Mr. 2:10PM - No one said this was free, why shouldn't the city charge rent? Wouldn't you?)

to all readers of this blog and also the people who post an opinion.

please be very carfull when you post something that can only hinder or block something tat is already in motion.

the issue, the empty lot that the mayors office and his staff are giving to Satmar for 6 months, when you post wrong information about the city or its staff, they read it and wonder where are these people getting this info, thats not true, but part of it is trueso they now blame the leaders who they worked with, as the source of it.

so lets be carefull when commenting on issues as sensitive as this.

    thanks to all, Gmar

    OK...

So if I hear something about this situation, that was leaked improperly, by one of our own, I need to be careful not to discuss it, because the Mayor's office will get upset?

Shouldn't our leaders have thought about that before they began gabbing to everyone about this and how they "were invited to city hall, with the Mayor."

Oy, it get dumber by the minute.

If our leadership actually led by example, we wouldn't have half the problems.

    Please spare me.
