Manhattan, NY +Suspicious Package+ FDNY EMS on the scene at 625 8th Avenue between West 40-41st Streets with a 10-29 (report of explosives) for a EDP with a suspicious package at location.

NYPD are calling for a level one mobilization, for the suspicious package. Bomb Squad has been notified.
All bus and train have been diverted.

NYPD ESU is closing down the Williamsburg Bridge due to an escort that's being done for a snippr that has to get to location.

NYPD have the EDP in custody.
FD and Bomb Squad remaining on the scene.

Wing Of Port Authority Closed Due To Unruly Rider
(AP) NEW YORK Part of the Port Authority bus terminal in midtown Manhattan was closed to buses on Monday afternoon while police conducted an investigation.
Port Authority spokesman Marc Lavorgna said that the south wing -- one of two wings in the sprawling terminal -- was closed to buses and pedestrians around 3 p.m.
Police said they were investigating a man with a package who refused to leave a Greyhound bus.
