Liberty, NY - Five Arrested For Breaking Into Camp

Liberty, NY - State Police have charged five persons in connection with a burglary to Camp Chaye Sara in the Town of Lumberland that was initially thought to have been a bias crime.

An investigation determined, though, that the perpetrators entered the gymnasium at the camp to skateboard. While inside, they allegedly defaced walls and furniture with graffiti and committed other criminal mischief to the building.
The defendants were processed and released to the custody of their parents.
