Brooklyn, NY +Fatal Train vs Pedestrian+ NYPD ESu on the scene with a person under the "N" Line train at 62nd Street and 8th Avenue with an aided DOA decapitated under the train., power has been shut off and PD are calling it a crime scene.
Level one mobilization has been set up for crowed control. Expect major train delays.

Person Killed by 'N' Train in Brooklyn
NEW YORK, NY -- New York City Transit says a person was struck and killed by a southbound "N" train in Brooklyn. The incident happened at 9:58am Thursday at the 59th Street station.
Transit spokesman James Anyansi says all "N" trains service is running on the "D" Line from 36th Street to Coney Island while police investigate what happened.

HELLOOOOOO! ANON 1:12 IN ORDER TO WORK ON THE 4TH RAIL THAT CARRIES THE WHOLE ELECRICAL LOAD OF THE TRAIN, THE ENTIRE SUPPLY HAS GOT TO BE SHUT DOWN.
THEY SHOULD HAVE SMALLER SHUT-OFF AREAS BUT SO FAR NOT YET.
